School is open as normal. Please make your way to school carefully and assess the situation in your locality. Students will be allowed to wear snow boots to school.

Please be aware that we will finish at 12.35 on the 15th December following a whole school assembly.

The school will reopen as normal on Wednesday 13th of December. Please assess the situation in your locality – students will be allowed to wear snow boots to school tomorrow.

Due to continuing severe weather conditions, the school will remain CLOSED on Tuesday 12th of December.

The school will be CLOSED tomorrow Monday the 11th of December 2017 due to adverse weather conditions. In addition, the BBS Carol Concert due to take place at 7pm has also been cancelled. We will update you ASAP via this website and our Twitter feed: @burtonborough .

We will be closing the school to students at 2pm.  The buses will come and collect students who travel on buses then. Lunch will be served in the canteen from 1:30pm for students who wish to eat lunch. Students who live in Newport may leave the school site at 1:30pm.
