In addition to hiring out the wonderful sports facilities for community use, the School plays host to a very wide range of clubs, groups and classes, almost all during evenings and weekends.
These can cover adult education, charity events, private parties’ extension classes, slimming groups, theatre and school drama and dance groups, as well as the many types of martial arts disciplines and junior football.

Funky Monkey Fit - Step and Hooping
Monday 7pm to 8pm ,and Thursday 6.30pm to 7.30pm with Funky Monkey Fit, which is all about fitness and wellbeing.
Previously know as Young Stars. Monday 6pm to 7pm. Active8 is a professionally operated football coaching agency offering academies for all ages, starting as young as three and right the way through to twelve years of age. Young Stars Academies aim to assist, develop and nurture young talent whilst also helping children learn about ‘the beautiful game’ in a safe and fun environment.

Monday 8pnm to 10pm. The Aikido Club are a member of the British Birankai. Aikido. Traditional aikido style Grades recognised by Aikikai Hombu Dojo through the British Birankai. Aikido is a Japanese martial art Learn self defence and get fit at the same time.

Martial Arts and Combat Sports
Telford and Wrekin Council has developed the Combat Sport and Martial Arts policy and procedures to ensure that there are robust vetting/screening measures in place to enable the fair and safe practice of Combat Sports and Martial Arts in Telford and Wrekin Council owned leisure facilities, community centres and schools. Any individual or group who wishes to deliver (in a coaching or hiring capacity) a combat sport or martial art should follow the procedures detailed within the policy document that can be downloaded below.
