SEND Complaints

We take complaints with regard to our SEND Support very seriously, and aim to resolve these complaints in an informal manner through discussions with all parties involved. If for any reason an outcome can't be reached or you do not agree with the decision, we ask that you follow the procedures outlined in our complaints policy.
