Last week, ten of our year 11 students attended a residential at St Johns College, Cambridge. Accompanied by Mrs Kane & Mr Roden, students enjoyed two full days at the University taking part in debating workshops, budgeting activities & academic lectures, as well as touring the college and the city, and even punting on the river!
Students stayed in traditional halls of residence and ate in the formal hall, which did resemble Hogwarts!
The aim of the trip was to raise aspirations of students to attend Oxbridge Universities.
